In an effort to providing you with the best customer service possible we ask that when placing any order to please fill out the information requested completely on each field as to avoid shipping delays. Our free World Wide Shipping is the custom default delivery method that one must allow approx 3 weeks for delivery. If expedited services are required please send us an email prior to purchasing the item and I will check what options may be available to your shipping locations. Return Policy
Within the first 30 days after after delivery if you are unhappy with your purchase , the item you received is not the same as described/illustrated, may use this return portal to return their purchase for a full refund or exchange .
Those who have received there item damaged or have received a defective item, may use the return portal but are limited to do so within 5 days of delivery in order to claim their refund.
Upon clicking this link you will be redirected to our portal where you will be asked for specific information to generate your shipping slip and refund. All questions are mandatory to answer and must be filled out in order to complete your request.
Follow and answer all the questions as required. The procedure is very simple and self explanatory. The system will walk you through the entire process.
Once you have had your item approved you may generate a shipping label which you will attach to the package once it is repackaged and ready to be sent in the mail again. The shipping label will be free of charge in most situations. In the event where certain carriers are not able to pick up from you we would have you ship the item with your local postal service back to our address. We will credit you back for the fee this delivery has cost you within reason.
All returns must be shipped with original packaging with the tags attached in the original condition.
Items that appear to be used will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of this product we are unable to offer any extended warranty beyond the 30 day satisfaction return policy being offered here.
